月饼是高热量食品
若以一碗白饭热量二百八十大卡计算,一个中型传统月饼的热量相当一碗饭,一个50公斤的人必须连续爬楼梯45分钟,才能消耗此热量。因此,在饭后打算品嚐月饼,可先从饭量扣除,例如:饭后预计吃一个蛋黄酥,当餐饭量必须减少半碗。再者,此类烘培油脂大多是反式脂肪酸,摄取过多的反式脂肪酸,血液中的三酸甘油脂与胆固醇的浓度会升高,增加罹患心血管疾病的风险,也会降低细胞对抗致癌物质的能力。
月饼含高糖份
